God's grace abounds, and he knows our needs before we do. It was an abundance of material provided by the Creator Himself and the unsolicited gift of a lathe which helped me to realize my passion for crafting fine handmade wooden art. I've come to understand that each piece of wood contains its own unique quirks and anomalies, and I find that most often, it is through the magnification of its flaws that a piece's true beauty may be realized.

And He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness." Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
